Jeselle Gonzalez Allones is a Junior International Business major and Sport Management minor from Caracas, Venezuela. She joined Knacktive to gain exposure to real-world situations and develop her leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills in a collaborative environment. She hopes to deepen her management knowledge, focusing on cross-cultural leadership. After graduation, Jeselle plans to pursue a career in a multicultural environment where she can continue to grow professionally.
Public Relations Manager
Ashley Arneson is a Senior Agricultural Media: Advertising major from Dexter, Missouri. She joined Knacktive to make connections and gain hands-on experience. After graduation, Ashley plans to move to the Kansas City area and seek an internship or a career within an agriculture based company.
Media Manager
Alora Bucey is a Junior Graphic Design major and Digital Media minor from Kansas City, Missouri. She joined Knacktive to boost her resume and gain practice in managerial work. She hopes to gain experience in a collaborative effort by delegating tasks to others rather than taking on the entire load. After graduation, Alora plans to pursue her master's in Illustration at the Kansas City Fine Arts Institute and become a certified tattoo artist alongside her career in the U.S. Army National Guard.
Marketing Strategist
CJ Towne is a Junior majoring in International Business and Business Management from Omaha, Nebraska. He joined Knacktive to enhance his professional portfolio and gain hands-on experience working collaboratively on real-world projects. As a marketing strategist, he aims to enhance his expertise in marketing while developing lifelong skills that will support his future career aspirations. After graduation, CJ plans to invest in rental properties, grow his small businesses, and pursue a full-time job in the hospitality industry.
Art Director
Caitlyn Miller is a Senior Mass Media: Broadcast and Production (Audio Emphasis) major and Public Administration minor from Olathe, Kansas. She joined Knacktive to gain more real-world experience in the marketing industry and work closely with a cause and organization that means a lot to her. As Art Director, she hopes to better understand the team dynamic within a marketing campaign and how each role complements another. After graduation, Caitlyn plans to move to Kansas City and work in either radio or the music industry.
Graphic Designer
Logan Oliver is a Senior Painting major and Graphic Design minor from Savannah, Missouri. She joined Knacktive as a way to express her passion for graphic design. After graduation, Logan hopes to move closer to the Kansas City area to curate a studio space for further artistic production. Ultimately, her creations reference or respond to music, style, and emotion, often intermingling her digital design and physical design worlds. She plans on sharing her design work with future clients and hosting solo creative shows across the world.
Multiplatform Content Creator
Jae Barnett is a Senior Broadcast and Production (Video Emphasis) major from Tarkio, Missouri. She joined Knacktive to gain real-world experience working with a client, try something new, and get out of her comfort zone. After graduation, Jae hopes to move to Kansas City and find an internship or job in the media field.
Digital Manager
Kai Crabb is a Junior Computer Science and Cybersecurity major from Lincoln, Nebraska. He joined Knacktive to improve his collaboration skills, learn from students in different majors, and gain more experience in a professional setting. As a digital manager, Kai wants to learn more about contributions in a technical-based role in a professional team setting. After graduation, Kai plans to explore system administrator and security analyst roles where he can work closely with users.
